The program destination:
Selection Sets fast management.

Special group of Global commands allow with a single click:
1. To define a Selection Set as 'Previous' for following operations.
2. To erase all objects with the same properties as selected single object.
     (object type, color, layer and linetype are considered)
3. To change properties of Selection Set, according to selected property
    or according to selected sample object.
4. To scale all Selection Set objects.
(each object stays at its place - insertion point is not changed)
5. To rotate all Selection Set objects according to defined (by clicking two points) direction.
(each object stays at its place - insertion point is not changed)
